Graphic Design
Graphic design is one of the core elements in receiving an Interactive Media and Game Design degree. Throughout my time at SUNY Polytechnic Institute, I took numerous graphic design classes. In these classes, we learned the Adobe Creative Cloud on both PC and Mac, as well as learned valuable design theory to aid us in creating our projects. Listed below are a few of my major projects, along with their descriptions .

Advanced Digital Graphic Design Final Project
Shown here, in PDF format, is my final project for the Advanced Digital Graphic Design class I took in college. For this project, we were tasked with creating a business card, letterhead, postcard, envelope, and a logo, as if we were creating our own graphic design business. It was during this project when I figured out my color scheme that I later used for my other classes and this website.

Engineering / Surveying
In addition to my Interactive Media and Game Design degree, I also received my associate's degree in Land Surveying and Civil Engineering Technology from Alfred State College. Listed below are 3 of the projects I did during my time in college, including my senior project, Shady Acres Subdivision.
Shady Acres Subdivision
The object of this project was to build a subdivision with a certain number of lots, and to include all of the curve calculations, and other calculations on the plats. In this subdivision, I had to include a Stormwater Management Pond, with all of the zoning and practices for it. This project was done as my senior project for my Associate's Degree, and lasted the span of 7 weeks. Also included in this project, I had to get the subdivision design approved by the planning board composed of professors from the school, and my fellow classmates.
Lake Lodge Plat
The objective of this project was to do an ALTA survey of the Alfred State Lake Lodge in a group of 4. We needed to locate all of the property corners in the field, as well as, provide a detailed sketch of the Lake Lodge. This project took approximately half a semester to complete, as well as two weeks to compile the data and calculate the distances captured with the instrument. On top of that, it took a day to complete the sketch.
Computer Apps Topographic Map
The objective of this project was to do survey map with topographic lines. This survey map, however, was created solely digital, and no measurements were taken in the field. The measurements were given to us in the deed of the site, and then were plotted in AutoCad and Carlson Surveying Software. This allowed me to create the map in a much shorter time, rather than going out in the field and doing the survey first.
